Shipping Terms

Shipping Destinations and Costs:

We offer local delivery, and the cost is calculated at checkout.

Shipping Times:

We ship to the address or locker specified on the invoice.

Orders are prepared within one (1) to three (3) business days.

Shipping times may vary based on location, availability, methods, and other factors.

The company reserves the right to choose the courier or shipping service for order dispatch.

Orders will only be dispatched to the address specified in the purchase order.

Orders paid via bank transfer will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed through the platform's internal chat.

Confirmation of payment is allowed up to a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours. If not confirmed, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

The company is not responsible for partial or total loss of goods if the responsibility lies with the transport service.

The customer will be contacted at the phone number provided in the order to confirm details and address. If contact cannot be made or if there is no response from the customer, the order will be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of placement.

The customer will receive an order tracking number to monitor the shipment status to their address.

The order payment will be charged to the international debit or credit card once the customer has received the tracking number via email.

If the merchandise is received damaged or in poor condition, photos and the order invoice must be sent to the following email address, specifying the order number and from the email address associated with the customer account:
